Welcome to Wyrmhold

SEED keeps moving when its players log off, so Wyrmhold is being built around a simple test: will the work still hold together when nobody is watching? Founded by Anvil Gaming’s Mr. Pendragon and DancingCoder, Wyrmhold is a player-built society on Avesta for people who want to leave something useful behind—a home, a trade, a business, a working system, or a lesson the next resident doesn’t have to learn by walking into the same wall.

We are still in our initial expansion, offering rented property, land and start-up help for homes or businesses where our capacity allows. In return, we value honest communication, reliable contributions, respect for shared resources and the good sense not to chop down an entire tree. You don’t need to arrive as an expert or play every day. You need a goal worth discussing and a willingness to build beside other people.

The Wyrm sleeps. The Hold keeps. Nothing is lost.

Joining Wyrmhold: What We Expect, and What We Offer

Wyrmhold Dispatch: The Founding Month

The first record of what Wyrmhold actually did. One month, almost no visible expansion, and a great deal of infrastructure - the survey, the Kernel, the Dragonforge Ward workshops, the Elderwyrm department, an election, and the Hold's first registered business.

SEED 0.3.3 Caps the Votes One Cultivator Can Cast

SEED 0.3.3 caps a single Cultivator's votes at 15% of the society population, puts a price on firing a Seedling, and spends the rest of a very long changelog teaching the game to explain its own failures.

The SEED Scheduler: How to Build a Day That Works

SEED Crafting: Real Work Time, Not Total Time

Every crafting task in SEED shows three times, and most players read the wrong one. Total Time only says when the output appears - Work Time is what the job actually costs your settlement. Read them that way and the obvious recipe is often the expensive one.
